Established in 2004, Welnia LLC is a state-of-the-art wellness organization capable of providing the general and corporate public with a unique lifestyle modification and disease prevention program that is credible, understandable, and measurably effective.

Our program assesses a participant's medical information, lifestyle preferences, genetic predisposition, physical limitations, and health objectives to develop a customized wellness program to accomplish significant short and long-term health benefits. A multi-sensor armband and its associated software are used to motivate, monitor, and assess the participant's progress as they advance through the program. Welnia's Motivational Monitoring System allows Welnia to work side-by-side with its participants through each and every wellness goal.
